Hormone balancing smoothie - A delicious smoothie option for your morning routine or as a snack.  Tropical Balance is high in Vitamin C, B6 & Potassium - all contributing to balancing absorption of nutrients, the adrenals, hormonal issues and skin health. 

 

Time to make:

5 mins

 

Ingredients:

1 frozen ripe banana

0.5 dl (0.2 cups) mango

0.5 dl (0.2 cups) passion fruit or pineapple

3 dl oat milk (or plant milk of choice)

3 tsp. Tropical Balance

 

Recipe:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Mix well.

3. Pour in a tall glass.

4. Enjoy!

Shredded coconut
