Spicy Calm Porridge

Organic Superfood Oatmeal - Turmeric, and especially its most active compound, curcumin, have many scientifically proven health benefits, including the potential to prevent multiple chronic diseases. Sounds pretty good to us. It doesn't hurt that this porridge is also ultra yummy.

 

Time to make:

10 mins

 

Ingredients:

1 dl gluten free oats

0.5 dl water

1 dl plant milk

1 tsp. Spicy Calm

1 tsp. flaxseeds

Drizzle of maple syrup

 

Recipe:

1. Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan.

2. Boil on medium high heat until nice and creamy.

3. Add more plant milk and water if needed.

4. Transfer into your favourite bowl and add toppings. 

5. Enjoy!

 

Toppings:

Raspberries

Walnuts

Plant based yoghurt

Drizzle of maple syrup
